Reiki Sessions
I am currently available for distance reiki sessions only.
I work with intuitive guidance and I consider every reiki session to be a collaboration between the client, myself, and spirit. Regular reiki sessions are a great way to maintain the balance within the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Reiki is complimentary to traditional and alternative medicine, however, reiki is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

A free phone consultation is required for first time clients to discuss any questions you may have and to see if we are a good fit to work together. I also offer sliding scale for those who need it. Please contact me for more information.
Distance Reiki Sessions
Treat yourself to the relaxing flow of reiki in the comfort of your own home or wherever you may be!
When doing Distance Reiki sessions, I often work with crystals to help amplify the healing energy and to hold energetic space for healing. Each crystal involved is intuitively chosen for the client's session beforehand.
I will call you when the appointment begins to check-in with you about what is currently happening in your life. Then I will begin sending reiki. We will remain on the phone while I send reiki to you. You will be gently guided to connect with Mother Earth and Source at the beginning of the session. There may be additional guidance as the session progresses.
Afterwards, we will discuss how the session went and share any feelings or insights that arose during the session.
It's a good idea to take it easy after a reiki session, drink plenty of water, and journal about your experience. Sometimes, the details of the subtle energy work that took place fade as you re-enter the daily routine, so it helpful to ground them into your reality by writing them down for reference later, and more insights may arise over the next few days.
